Three Rivers Park District
This metro park district serving 10 million guests annually sought our help in achieving four goals: reduce its reliance on tax revenues, significantly increase earned revenue, cultivate sponsorship support, and develop other use-related income streams.
HunterSage transformed its inefficient parking fee program into a Patron Pass membership program. To encourage adoption, we redesigned its benefits package, pricing system, training scripts and marketing materials. We also designed a sponsorship development program that could be implemented by staff. Mission accomplished.
