HunterSage developed a membership and rebranding campaign for a respected, nonpartisan fiscal policy organization facing declining membership and increasing competition from partisan alternatives.

Our team conducted a brand audit, competitive research, and best-practice interviews with peer associations. We proposed a new name, tagline and dues structure while realigning key messages around impact. We worked with a pro-bono agency to create a new brand identity that was well received by members, funders and policy makers. Lastly, we created the association’s first-ever membership development plan that reversed the cycle of membership declines.
