Entira Family Clinics


Teaming with Frost-Johnson, HunterSage helped a newly merged family practice in the St. Paul metro to achieve three strategic goals: 1) grow its practice, 2) elevate its presence in a marketplace dominated by mega providers, and 3) solidify its relationships with patients and referring physicians.

We conducted perception phone interviews with active patients and compared brand visibility against other practices. We rebranded “Family Health Services Minnesota” as Entira Family Clinics to reflect its all-generation focus and broad service offerings.

We also wrote and executed a marketing plan that included social media, a pay-per-click as campaign, direct mail to new families, website optimization, media relations, clinic improvements, and physician referral training. First-year results were promising: Entira increased its website traffic by 54 percent and grew new patient registrations by 14 percent.
